Tessellations🏃🏧

Aloha welcome back to the second blog of the week. This week in maths my goal was to: Identify and use the features of a figure that do not change (invariant properties) as it is reflected, rotated, translated or enlarged. We learnt about tessellations. A tessellation is a shape repeated multiple times to create a pattern. When making one of these you can't change the size or angle, you can't leave any gaps but you can use different shapes and rotate them. Here is the tessellation I made using this tessellation creator try it out and make your own if you would like. Here! Here is the tessellation I made, I hope you like it.

Have you ever made a tessellation? Describe to me what colours and shapes you used in the comments!
See you next time Bye :)
