Drink to think think to Drink
Last Friday a lady called Liz McNaughton came in to our school to talk about "Think to Drink Drink to think". We where all given a good quality drink bottle that will live at school. She was telling us how important it was, that we drink because, our brain is 85% water, our Blood has 80% water and our Muscles need 70% water. We where given the drink bottles to encourage us to drink more water. We where given the instructions, When we get up in the morning we will have one glass of water, then with our breakfast we will have another. Then when we get to school we will fill up our bottles and drink that before lunchtime then at lunch, we will fill them up again and drink them before the end of the day. Then when we get home we will have another one and last but certainly not least we will have another with our dinner. I think that this is a great responsibility to learn at a young age and every one should take my advice and try it.......
